ZOLL Data Systems, Inc. ("ZOLL", "we", "us" or "our") respects the privacy of our customers, business partners and individuals whose personal information with which we are entrusted. ZOLL collects, uses and discloses personal information consistent with the laws and regulations of the countries in which the information is collected, and in which ZOLL does business.

ZOLL provides online services that our customers use to operate aspects of their businesses. These services include tools for patient care, fleet management, records management and communications, among others.

In providing these online services, ZOLL processes data our customers submit to our services or instruct us to process on their behalves ("Customer Information"). While ZOLL's customers decide what data to submit, it typically includes information about their patients, customers, employees and the users of our services, such as health, medication, demographic, billing and contact information. ZOLL accesses and uses Customer Information to provide our online services to customers, to correct and address technical or service problems, to follow instructions of the ZOLL customer who submitted the data, to implement ZOLL's software and hardware solutions or in response to contractual requirements.

ZOLL also collects information about our customers ("ZOLL Information"). We collect ZOLL Information directly from our customers (such as name, contact information and billing and transaction information), or automatically when they use our services our visit our Site. We use ZOLL Information for the purpose of providing ZOLL's online services, including to present our Site and its contents, satisfy customer requests, fulfill other purposes for which customers provide it, deliver notices about accounts and products or services, estimate use patterns, remember preferences, speed searches, identify locations, analyze scrolling, assess clicks, recognize customers when they return, carry out obligations and enforce rights, in other ways we describe when customers provide information and for other purposes with customers' consent.

ZOLL uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services to customers. These third party providers offer customer support to our customers, assist with the transmission of data and provide data storage services. These third parties may access, process or store personal information in the course of providing their services. ZOLL maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal information in compliance with our legal obligations, and ZOLL may be liable if they fail to meet those obligations and we are responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Additionally, we may disclose personal information to affiliates; a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of ZOLL's assets; for the purpose for you provide it; for any other purpose we disclose when you provide the information; to comply with any court order, law or legal process; to enforce agreements; if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZOLL, our customers or others; or with your consent.
